supports projects by providing: Comprehensive clinical, data
and regulatory management services; Rapid access to a large
number of cardiovascular patients; Assistance in the preparation
of clinical development plans, regulatory strategies and protocols;
Experience in dealing with steering, data and safety monitoring,
and adjudication committees; echocardiography, ECG, angiographic,
nuclear medicine and other core laboratories at prestigious

| Fulcrum
Pharma Developments, Ltd. is one of the first companies to offer
Virtual Drug Development and Strategic Outsourcing Services
to the pharmaceutical industry. Fulcrum offers its' customers
accelerated drug development through the creation and leadership
of tailored teams from consultants, service companies and CRO's
to provide focused, time and cost effective programs. Fulcrum's
management team has the track record to provide such services.
In 1998, Protodigm (former entity of Fulcrum) managed projects
with a total value of greater than $100 million. Fulcrum will
help VDDI form business relationships, with a major thrust in
Japanese and UK Pharma and biotechnology products. In addition,
Fulcrum will function as a key diligence resource for the evaluation
of US and European product opportunities and function as an
outpost for the global document and study report generation
