Paul Clark and
Karen Elbing founded Clark & Elbing in 1996, after leaving Fish
& Richardson, where Paul had for many years been a senior partner
and Karen a senior associate. Our firm has outstanding professionals
at every level of experience (junior, experienced, and sage), and
every one of them is dedicated to obtaining the most value from
the creative efforts of the firm’s clients. We also have deep
experience in keeping our clients out of trouble when confronted
with competitors’ dominating patents.
We have seven
lawyers and ten Ph.D. scientists who are in varying stages of becoming
lawyers while they work for the firm’s clients.
