Mr. Sullivan is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Tennessee, Florida and North Carolina. He received his B.S. Degree from the David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Early in his career, Mr. Sullivan was involved in starting the FASB Fellowship Program in Stamford, CT and served as project director for a number of teams. In 1976, Mr. Sullivan joined the Ernst & Ernst team as Technical Partner in the National Accounting and Auditing Department which led to over 30 years of service with the firm. He has served as Audit Partner, Office Managing Partner and retired in August 2003 as consultant to redesign their global risk management policies and procedures.

Currently Mr. Sullivan is retired but is serving as part-time CFO to the American Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Sullivan is a board member of the Nashville Symphony, Nashville Opera and the One Hundred Club of Davidson County. He is a member of the Nashville Exchange Club and is Treasurer of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF).
